COURT OFFICIALS SAY SULTANE ROOM SALIM HAS TWICE VIOLATED TERMS OF HIS RELEASE ADDING HE ONCE BRIEFLY LEFT A COLUMBUS MOSQUE WHILE ATTENDING PRAYER SERVICES WHILE OUT ON BOND. A FEDERAL JUDGE IN NOVEMBER RELEASED SALIM FROM PRISON ON A $500,000 PROPERTY BOND AND WAS ORDERED TO LIVE WITH HIS MOTHER IN EASTERN OHIO WHILE HE WAITED FOR A POTENTIAL TRIAL. HIS ATTORNEYS HAVE DENIED HIS INVOLVEMENT IN WHAT PROSECUTORS SAY WAS AN EFFORT TO RAISE MONEY FOR FORMER AL-QAIDA LEADER ANWAR AL-AWLAKI. A HEARING ON THE MATTER IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY IN TOLEDO
