A CINCINNATI WOMAN CHARGED WITH A DEADLY ACCIDENT HAS HAD HER TRIAL DELAYED UNTIL NEXT MONTH. 24 YEAR OLD MICHELLE SCHUSTER WILL NOW STAND TRIAL ON MARCH 28TH FOR LAST APRIL'S CRASH IN WEST CHESTER THAT KILLED DUKE ENERGY SUBCONTRACTOR AMBER ROOKS, AND LEFT FOUR OTHERS SEVERELY INJURED. POLICE SAY SCHUSTER WAS DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND MAY HAVE BEEN TEXTING WHEN SHE ALLEGEDLY CROSSED A CENTER LINE AND PLOWED INTO THE WORKER'S UTILITY TRUCK. THE DEFENSE SAYS THEY NEED MORE TIME TO GO OVER THEIR CASE WITH EXPERT WITNESSES.
