PROSECUTORS WANTED A 22-YEAR SENTENCE FOR FIRED LIMA POLICE OFFICER JUSTIN BENTZ, WHO TESTIFIED AT HIS TRIAL THAT THE GIRL LURED HIM INTO HAVING SEX AND THAT HE THOUGHT SHE WAS 21.
