56 year old Carlton Nusbaum of Greenville, a former Mercer County Resident, is in the Mercer County Jail on charges of theft and criminal trespass. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Nusbaum is accused of stealing scrap metal from Schmitz enterprises in St Henry on February 29th. Nusbaum allegedly entered the land of Schmitz Enterprises after hours. In another incident on March 4th, Nusbaum entered the premises of the Wagon Wheel after hours to go through their dumpsters when the Wagon Wheel clearly has sings saying no tresspassing. Nusbaum is being held in the Mercer County Jail.
