45 year old Travis Moyer of Celina was arrested this week by the Celina Police Department on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Moyer is accused of pinching, choking, pulling hair and putting a cigarette out in the victim's right ear while at a residence at North Sugar street on Monday. Moyer was taken to the Mercer County Jail pending an appearance in court.
