This week, 38 year old Dusty Krogman of Mendon pleaded guilty to 20 2nd degree felony charges in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. The agreement involved Krogman pleading guilty to 10 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person and 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person. As part of the agreement, 40 other similar counts were dismissed. The Court ordered a written Presentence Investigation and assigned the matter for Sex Offender Registration Hearing and Sentencing on Wednesday, May 8th at 2:30 PM and ordered Krogman to appear with counsel at that time.
