EXPERTS SUGGEST THOSE WHO STRUGGLE TO SLEEP MAY WANT TO TRY A LITTLE EXERCISE.
A NEW STUDY SAYING THAT PHYSICALLY ACTIVE PEOPLE HAVE A LOWER RISK OF INSOMNIA SYMPTOMS AND EXTREME SLEEP DURATION. ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS WERE 55 PERCENT MORE LIKELY TO GET SIX TO NINE HOURS OF SLEEP A NIGHT. THOSE WHO BECAME ACTIVE DURING THE STUDY WERE 21 PERCENT MORE LIKELY TO SLEEP NORMALLY. THESE RESULTS ARE IN LINE WITH PREVIOUS STUDIES SHOWING THE BENEFITS EXERCISE HAS ON SLEEP.
