According to court records, 27 year old Erik Bowman of St Marys faces felony charges of possession of hashish, 2 counts of aggravated possession of drugs, and a single charge of possession of drugs. The charges stem from a hit and run accident that Bowman was allegedly involved in on March 22nd in the 7100 hundred block of State Route 118. Deputies found drugs and drug paraphernalia in Bowman's possession. The report stated Bowman has a previous drug conviction in Mercer County in 2019. Bowman is being held in the Mercer County Jail on a $75,000 bond.  To view the complaint against Bowman:
