22 year old Caleb Smith of Rossburg faces a 3rd degree felony charge of Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer stemming from an incident this past weekend. According to court records, Smith allegedly drove his van over a curb and took off from a local carryout late Saturday afternoon after the Coldwater Police were dispatched on a report of a fight at the business. Smith allegedly drove up to 95 miles an hour and ran a red light before finally slowing down at Fleetfoot road. Smith declined to take a breathylzer test.
