34 year old Gina Hall of Celina has been sentenced to 3 years of probation in Mercer County Common Pleas Court this week. The community control sanctions against Hall came after she pleaded guilty to a 5th degree felony charge of identity fraud. Back in November of last year, Hall was found to have used, obtained or possessed identifying information of a victim with intent to hold herself out to be the victim. Hall has a previous record of identity theft. Hall pleaded guilty to 2 counts of felony identity theft in that case in January of 2023.
