19 year old Caden Thobe of Coldwater was arrested Sunday by the Coldwater Police on a 1st degree Misdemeanor charge of Domestic Violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Thobe is accused of striking a juvenile victim on the head with his hand and then spitting in his face. Thobe was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending a court appearance.
