49 year old John Deaton of Celina faces charges of aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. The Charges stem from a stop made by the Celina Police late Sunday Night at the intersection of East LIvingston and Enterprise Street.The officer noted Deaton and his passenger appeared nervous.  With the assistance of K-9 Officer Peng, who alerted to the presence of drugs in the vehicle, an unspecified amount of methamphetamine was found in the vehicle.
