39 year old Thomas Sparklin of Coldwater is in the Mercer County Jail on a felony charge of making a terroristic threat and a misdemeanor charge of inducing panic. According to the police, Sparklin allegedly did threaten to commit or threaten to cause to be committed Inducing Panic and the person made the threat with purpose to affect the conduct of any government by the threat or by Inducing Panic and as a result of the threat, the person caused a reasonable expectation or fear of the imminent commission of Inducing Panic.
