20 year old Cameron Ofray of Celina is in the Mercer County Jail on charges of vandalism, burglary, assault and falsfication. The alleged incidents occured in March of this year. Ofray is being held in the Mercer County on a $150,000 bond. To read the complaint against Ofray:
