49 year old Lachirca Patrick of Rockford has been arrested by the Celina Police on charges of burglary, aggravated possession of drugs and theft. According to the Celina Police, Patrick was pulled over by an officer after a compaint of theft by Walmart. Upon being pulled over, Patrick opened her trunk and revealed merchandise. Patrick could not produce a receipt for all of the merchandise. In addition, 4 baggies were found. 2 of the baggies tested positive for methamphetamine. Patrick is being held in the Mercer County Jail pending an apperance in court next week. To read the complaint against Patrick:
