New counsel has been assigned for the Celina couple charged in connection with the January 6th, 2021 insurrection. Shawndale and Donald Chilcoat also face new charges in the case including  felony obstruction of an official proceeding and aiding and abetting. These charges carry up to 20 years in prison. Due to the change in counsel, the Chilcoats' trial has been moved to October 4th. The next hearing in the case is May 9th.
