32 year old Robert Dale Nicely of Greenville is due back in Auglaize County Common Pleas on May 22nd for a pre-trial hearing in a case that originated in New Bremen. According to court records, Nicely has been charged with felonies that include burglary and gross sexual imposition. Jail records state the charges pertain to a victim who has a physical or mental condition and was unaware. Nicely is also accused of using force. The alleged incidents happened in late April of this year. Nicely is free on a $100,000 bond that was subject to 10 percent in cash.
