37 year old Matthew Storer of St Marys has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. According to court records, the alleged offense happened in August of 2023. Charges were filed last week by the St Marys Police. The charge is a 3rd degree felony. Storer was booked into the Auglaize County Jail on Saturday. Storer is being held on a $100,000 subject to 10 percent in cash.However, Storer is being held without bond due to a probation violation.
