On Tuesday, the Celina Police arrested 56 year old Charles Anthony Gibson on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of possesing drug abuse instruments. Gibson is being held without bond in the Mercer County Jail pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the complaint against Gibson:
