On Tuesday, the Mercer County Sheriff's Office arrested 19 year old Gage Logan Mosure of a 3rd degree felony charge of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a police officer-Elude or flee. Mosure was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending an apperance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
