The Celina Police have arrested 20 year old Isaiah Michael Storck Hoffman on a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief _ move, deface, tamper, etc. property of another and a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of : Disorderly Conduct _ fighting or threatening. Hoffman is being held on a 15-hundred-dollar bond pending an apperance in Celina Municipal Court.
