18 year old Cody Kulow of Sidney was arrested by the Celina Police this week for allegedly stealing approximately 40 dollars of merchandise from March to April. The complaint charges Kulow with a 1st degree misdemeanor count of theft. Kulow is being held in the Mercer County Jail on 2-thousand-dollar bond pending his initial appearance in Celina Municipal Court. To read the complaint:
