20 year old Mark Anthony Rogel of Lima was arrested this week by the Celina Police on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, during a phone call, Rogel allegedly told the victim he was going to bring a gun to Celina and shoot them. Rogel was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held on a 50-thousand-dollar bond.
