42 year old Jacob Hill has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on a 3rd degree felony charge of failure to register. According to the indictment, Hill failed to register as required by law enforcement earlier this month. Hill was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition involving a minor in Montgomery County in 2017. Hill is currently being held in the Mercer County Jail after being sentenced to serve time on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is not scheduled for release on those charges until August 31st. To view the indictment:
