21 year old Timothy Miller of Mendon was arrested on Friday by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on a 4th degree felony count of failture to provide a change of address. Miller has previous convictions in Mercer County Common Pleas Court for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and illegal use of a minor impaired person in nudity oriented material. Miller is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
