On Saturday night, just after 10 pm, the Celina Police arrested 26 year old Alivia Davis of Lorain, Ohio on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Muncipal Court, Davis allegedly struck the victim in the face in the presence of Celina Police Officers.
