On Monday, the Celina Police arrested 2 people on drug related charges. 43 year old Cindy Maxwell was arrested on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of possessing drug abuse instruments. Also arrested on Monday was 44 year old Ryan Leach. Leach is charged with a 5th degree felony count of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor count of driving under suspension.
