28 year old Serina Siano of Mendon has been sentenced to 180 days in jail and a lifetime driver’s license suspension on two felony counts of aggravated vehicular homicide stemming from a 2022 fatal traffic accident. Siano can apply for driving privileges in 10 years.Siano entered a guilty plea to these charges last month in Mercer County Common Pleas Court as part of a plea agreement. Siano was indicted due to a fatal traffic accident in December of 2022 where she was accused of driving under the influence of marjiuana and caused an accident at Oregon and Rice Roads that took the life of Becky Fuson of Celina.
