36 year old Jessica Ann Landon of Celina was arrested this week by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on drug related charges. According to the jail website, Landon faces 4 4th degree felony charges of trafficking in heroin and cocaine and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of endangering children by creating a substantial risk of harm. Landon is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond awaiting an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the indictment:
