On Sunday, the Celina Police arrested 53 year old Shad Marvin Fields on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. Fields is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending his initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the complaint against Fields:
