The Celina Police have arrested 27 year olds Victor Osorio and Antonio Chirinos on 5th degree felony charges of theft. According to the complaint filed in Mercer County Common Plea Court, the 2 men allegedly stole over 2-thousand-dollars in merchandise from the Celina Walmart on May 31st. Both men are being held in the Mercer County Jail a 50-thouand-dollar bond.
