32 year old Janene Smith of Celina has been charged with a 3rd degree midemeanor charge of criminal mischief involving the property of another person. Smith is being held in the Mercer County Jail on a 1-thousand-dollar bond awaiting an apperance in Celina Municipal Court. Additional information on this case will be posted as it is made available.
