71 year old Michael B Huff of Ft Recovery has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on a 3rd degree felony charge of having weapons while under disability. According to the indictment, the alleged crime occured earlier this month. Huff was convicted of felony domestic violence in 1999 and therefore cannot legally possess a firearm or a dangerous ordinance. Huff is due to make his iniital appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court on July 2nd. To read the indictment against Huff:
