The Mercer County Sheriff's Office has arrested 64 year old Vence Neil Allen on felony charges of vandalism, breaking and entering, safecracking and possessing criminal tools along with misdemeanor charges of theft and criminal trespassing. Allen was taken into custody on Wednesday. He is being held without bond in the Mercer County Jail pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. For more information:
