The Celina Police have arrested 50 year old Esteban Antonio Castillo on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. Castillo was arrested on Wednesday. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending his initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. For more on this story:
