66 year old Karen Goettemoeller of Celina has been indicted on a 3rd degree felony charge of theft from a person in a protected class. According to the indictment, the alleged offense occured over a 4 year period ending in April of this year and the amount was nearly 77-hundred-dollars. The alleged victim was an elderly person.
