PUBLIC NOTICE The Mercer County Engineer, Jim Wiechart, is planning to close Carthagena Road between Philothea Road and US 127 in Granville Township for a culvert replacement.  This road will be closed tentatively on July 7, 2025 and is scheduled to reopen in approximately 3 weeks, depending on the weather conditions.
