On July 23, 2025, Darke County Road Deputies arrested two adult males and two juvenile males in the recent stop signs thefts.  Dylan Hemmelgarn (18) of New Weston and Jeremiah Wagner (18) of Versailles were arrested on felony theft charges.  Two juvenile males were arrested for theft and taken to West Central Juvenile Detention Center in Miami County.  

The Darke County Sheriff’s Office extends its gratitude to local residents for their tips and cooperation, which played a key role in resolving the investigation swiftly.
