39 year old Scott Hopson of Lima has been charged with felony counts of safe cracking and theft and a misdemeanor charge of falsification in connection with an incident in May that involved the alleged theft of nearly 36-hundred-dollars. Hopson was arrested this week and is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending his initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court later this week.
