According to online records, the Celina Police arrested 51 year old WIlliam Ray Fetters of Celina on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs. Fetters, who was arrested Saturday, is being held without bond in the Mercer County Jail pending his initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the complaint filed in court:
