34 year Seth Marbaugh of Ohio City pleaded not guilty this week in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court to four counts of rape, all first degree felonies; three counts of sexual battery, third degree felonies, and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, third degree felonies. Marbaugh was released on a surety bond, Marbaugh was also ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim. According to the indfctment, the alleged crimes occurred between May of 2023 and October of 2024 and involved a victim between 12 and 13 years of age.
