Historic Moment in Celina Dolphins History

For more than three decades, the Celina Dolphins Swim Team has been a cornerstone of youth athletics in our community. Since the earliest days our storage shed—originally donated to support the team—has been a symbol of our perseverance, teamwork, and the generosity of those who believed in giving every child a place to belong.

Today, for the first time in our history, we face the heartbreaking reality of being removed from that shed. This is not just the loss of a building—it is the loss of a piece of our team’s identity. Generations of swimmers have relied on that space to store the equipment we fought for, fundraised for, and cared for with pride.

We are devastated. This shed was never just about storing gear—it represented stability for our program and a promise to the families we serve. That promise has now been broken.

While our hearts are heavy, our commitment to our swimmers remains unshaken. We will continue to fight for the Dolphins, for the history that’s been built, and for the future our athletes deserve.
