On Saturday, the Mercer County Sheriff's office arrested 32 year old Cody Wade Otis on a 3rd Degree Degree felony charge of having weapons under diability, under indictment or convicted of a felony. Otis was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To view the case as filed in court:
