50 year old Shawn Steinke of Celina has been arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff's office after a Grand Jury indicted him recently on a 4th Degree Felony Charge of Failure to Provide Notice Of Change Of Address. Steinke was previously convicted of Menacing by Stalking.
