31 year old Austin Swartz of Celina was arrested this week by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on a 3rd degree felony charge of having weapons under disability and a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of llegal use or possession of drug paraphenalia.Swartz is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
