Celina man arrested on pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and other charges 

76 year old Albert Behm of Celina was arrested Friday by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office on 2nd degree felony charges involving minors. According to online records, Behm faces 3 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and 2 counts of the illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance. Behm is being held without bond pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
