Celina man charged with felony cocaine possession

CELINA, OH — A Celina man is facing a felony charge following the filing of a bill of information in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

According to court documents, 49-year-old Khristopher S. Tharp is accused of knowingly possessing cocaine on or about October 10, 2025, in Mercer County.

Tharp is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony under Ohio Revised Code sections 2925.11(A) and 2925.11(C)(4)(a).
