Celina City Administration Building Lobby to Close Temporarily for Construction

CELINA, OH (November 10, 2025) — The City of Celina has announced that the lobby doors of the City Administration Building at 225 North Main Street will be closed to the public from November 17 through November 21 due to interior construction work.

City officials say the closure is being done to ensure public safety while the work is completed.

During the closure, residents can continue to make utility payments using one of the following options:

• Drop box located out front (park and walk up)

• Drop box located in the rear alley (drive-up access)

• By mail

• Online payment

• By phone at 419-586-2311

The lobby is expected to reopen on Friday, November 22, once the construction work is finished.
