Mercer County Fair Board Recognizes 4 Members With Service Awards

The Mercer County Fair Board honored four members for outstanding service during its December board meeting. The awards were nominated by fellow board members and recognize leadership, dedication, hard work, and positive spirit.

Bart Leininger received the Steady Hand Award for leadership, recognizing his steady guidance and commitment to the board.

The Heart of the Fair Award was presented to Kyle Schmitz for dedication and continued service to the fair and community.

Ted Schmidt was honored with the Above & Beyond Award for his hard work and willingness to go the extra mile.

Roland Crouch received the Golden Pitchfork Award for high spirits, celebrating his enthusiasm and positive attitude.

Fair officials thanked all Mercer County Fair Board members for volunteering their time and efforts to help make the fair and its events a success for the community.
