Celina Man Indicted on Multiple Drug Charges in Mercer County

CELINA, Ohio — A Celina man has been indicted on multiple felony drug charges in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

According to court records, Damion J. Post, 37, of 4379 Mud Pike Road, faces three fifth-degree felony counts stemming from an alleged offense on September 21, 2025.

The charges include:

• Possession of heroin

• Possession of cocaine

• Possession of a fentanyl-related compound

The indictment alleges Post knowingly obtained, possessed, or used controlled substances in violation of Ohio law.

Post is scheduled to appear in Mercer County Common Pleas Court for initial proceedings. The case is being handled by the Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

As with all criminal cases, Post is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
